Terms of Service

By accessing or using Carwooshh, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy and cookie policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Carwooshh provides a marketplace for car owners to discover, compare, and connect with local car service businesses. We display listings, offers, reviews, and other information provided by businesses and users. We do not provide the car services ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any service booked through a listing.

Business users agree that:

• All listing information, including prices, services, locations, and contact details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Offers and promotions must be genuine, available as described, and comply with applicable advertising and consumer laws.
• Images, logos, and content uploaded must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Subscriptions must be paid on time. Listings and offers may be restricted if payment fails or terms are breached.
• We may edit, remove, or reject content that violates these terms or is misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.

Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information they upload to the platform, including but not limited to trading names, addresses, contact details, opening hours, services, facilities, prices, images, and promotional offers. You must ensure that any listing, offer, or content you publish is true, complete, and not misleading at the time it is displayed.

Carwooshh displays paid advertising from third-party advertisers, including on business listing pages, search results, and other areas of the platform. Adverts are clearly labelled as advertising (for example with an "Ad" label) so they can be distinguished from editorial content, listings, and offers.

Advertising placements do not influence how businesses are ranked, filtered, or displayed in search results, and the presence of an advert on a page does not mean the advertiser is connected to, endorsed by, or recommended by the business shown on that page.

Adverts link to third-party websites that we do not own or control. Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their adverts and of any products, services, prices, or promotions offered on their own websites, and for complying with applicable advertising, consumer, and financial promotion laws. We do not endorse or guarantee any advertised product or service, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are entirely between you and that advertiser. Once you follow an advert to a third-party site, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove any advert at our discretion, including adverts that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms. We measure advert impressions and clicks for billing, fraud prevention, and reporting purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Business users acknowledge and agree that Carwooshh may display third-party advertising on and around their listing pages as part of the platform, that no share of advertising revenue is payable to businesses, and that a subscription grants the right to publish listings and offers only — it does not include exclusivity, advertising-free pages, or control over which adverts appear. Advertising space is only available through a separate written advertising agreement with Carwooshh; advertisers must supply content they own or are licensed to use and indemnify Carwooshh against claims arising from their adverts. If a business believes an advert shown alongside its listing is unlawful or inappropriate, it can contact us using the details below and we will review it.

Users may submit reviews and other content. By submitting content, you grant Carwooshh a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not contain abusive, defamatory, or misleading content. We reserve the right to moderate, approve, or remove reviews at our discretion.

You may not use Carwooshh to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users or businesses.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Interfere with the platform's security, performance, or availability.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or other harmful activities.

The Carwooshh name, logo, branding, software, and platform content are owned by Carwooshh or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or copy our platform design without permission. Businesses retain ownership of their own logos and content but grant us the licence needed to display them on the platform.

Business subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. Fees are charged as described at signup and may change with notice. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of listing features.

Carwooshh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party listings, or specific business outcomes. Each business listed on the platform is an independent third party and is solely responsible for the services, facilities, prices, and promotions it advertises and for honouring any offer or booking it publishes. Carwooshh is not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses and is not liable if a business fails to provide, uphold, or complete any service, facility, or promotion described in its listing. Any dispute about the quality, delivery, or availability of a service, facility, or promotion must be raised directly with the relevant business. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with a listed business.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or creates risk for our platform or users. Upon termination, certain provisions, including liability disclaimers and intellectual property rights, will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
