How do I list my business on the Carwooshh app?

So, you have a vehicle-care business and you want to be found on the Carwooshh app? This is what you need to do to get started:

What businesses are accepted?

Your business will be accepted if you business performs the following services:

  • Auto Car Wash
  • Hand Car Wash
  • Jet Wash
  • Vehicle Detailing
  • Paint Booth/ Body Shop
  • Vehicle Wrapping
  • Service Centre/ Repair Shop
  • Vehicle Restorations
  • Vehicle Showroom
  • Tyre Sales/ Repairs
  • Exhaust Specialists
  • Entertainment & Sound Specialists

Which individuals are eligible in my business to register on behalf of the business?

We take pride in providing accurate information to our user-base. We do this by ensuring the businesses we onboard on our app are legitimate businesses that are ran by individuals who share the same passion we have for caring for a vehicle. Therefore, we ask that an authorised user from your business is gains approval to list the business on behalf of the business key stakeholders. (i.e. Marketing Officers Administrators, Founders, CEOs, COOs etc.)

We love to connect with us business partners once registered so we will ask these questions and check that you have permission to list this business.

Now that you know you are in the right place, here is how you can list your business on our app:

Step 1: Submit your application

Go to the List My Business page on our website. Select your preferred plan and click through to navigate to our List Your Business application form. This form is an initial information gathering form where we verify that your business exists with government records as we ONLY work with registered businesses.

The online form will ask you for the following information:

  • The Business Legal Entity Name (You can find this out using Companies House via the go.uk website)
  • The Business Legal Entity Company Number(You can find this out using Companies House via the go.uk website)
  • Your First and Last name
  • A contact email address
  • A contact telephone number
  • What your business does in short
  • Your business website (Optional)
  • Trading address (If you are a virtual business, please share the address where we can reach you by post)

Step 2: Approving your Application

At this point, you will have received an email confirming your application has been received. We will usually take 2-3 business days to review and verify your business. Once that is done and your application has been approved you will then received another notification via email with the next steps.

Step 3: You've been approved, time to share your Listing Information

Congratulations, your have been approved... well hopefully... In the scenario that your application has been rejected, we will contact you to see if we can resolve any questions we may have and discuss the next steps to get your business on our app.

Once approved, you will receive an email with your CW-Account Number which you can use and share with our support team. You are able to add multiple listings under your CW Account. You would have multiple listings (Subscriptions) if you had multiple Stations in different locations or if your Mobile Valet services are offered in multiple cities across the country.

In the email, you will notice a 'Add Listing' button which will take you to another application online form. This is the form where we collect all the information about your Station or Mobile Valet services. All the information gathered in this form will be displayed on your listing for our app users to explore.

We will need you to confirm the following:

  • Your CW-Account Code (This can be found on your approval email)
  • Your Business Name
  • Your Contact Email address

The online form will then ask you for the following information to populate your Listing:

  • Listing Name
  • Listing Type (Station or Mobile Valet)
  • Your business location (For Station Listings ONLY)
  • Your business operating areas (For Mobile Valet Listings ONLY)
  • Listing Summary
  • At least one picture of your listing taken within the last 30 days
  • Your business website (Optional)
  • What is shown on your website (If applicable)
  • What facilities your business has
  • List your business' services and their costs
  • What payment types your business accepts on-site
  • Your operating hours everyday
  • Your business support email
  • Your business phone number (Optional)

At the end of the submission, you will be redirected to set up your subscription to pay for your listing slot. Please add the CW Account code and your payment details to complete your listing application and get your business seen by our carmmunity!

Step 4: Publishing your Listing

Thank you for sticking with us this far! You are one step away from having your business being listed on the app. Now that we have all the information we need to list your business, we can upload it on our database and 'flick the switch'. We will notify you by email when your listing goes live. This step can take anywhere from 1-4 business working days to complete.
